paid my dues today with a decent 60-70% 1RM hyperthrophy workout. Starting out with

BW Pull Ups x 6, 6, 6 (not in video)
Bulgarian Split Squat 40kg x 8, 8, 8 (each legs)
Bench Press 60kg x 8, 8, 8
Bent Over Row 60kg x 8, 8, 8
DB Lateral Raise 15kg x 12, 12
BW Hanging Ab Crunch x 8
